I wasnt initially too keen when my partner bought this app... I figured theres lots of recipes on the internet, right? But... I have grown to LOVE it, as theres lots of good nutritional information included, great ways to search for ingredients on hand, optional boosters, and the flavours are AMAZING! What a fantastic way to start the day. Thanks so much!!!
I love the app and the recipes, I just wished we could search by ingredients.
Great and very tasty recipes! Also perfectly presented. Only disadvantage: no entry of own recipes possible. Then this would be the best and most complete smoothy app.
I wasn’t a fan of smoothies, until this app. I love the little tool to find the best smoothie, although most often I just browse through all the recipes. I still cannot get over the wide range of tastes and colours thought of by The Blender Girl. My problem now is, every recipe I try ends up in my Favorites!
So easy to use. Love the ability to search by ingredient, filter by food preferences (Allergies, Paleo, etc). Nice feature to add personal notes to each recipe too. Truly a great value app. I wish all my cookbooks were available this way!
I downloaded this app and immediately started making new blends every day. Before this I was stuck making the same smoothie day after day, but this broke me out of my rut and gave me so many new ideas. Now Im adding things like cauliflower, zucchini and broccoli to my smoothies and LOVING it. With this app I think I could be gap oh lining only on smoothies.

Some bad moments

Every single smoothie I have tried has been excellent. Highly recommended!
I recently bought this app because Im always looking to discover new smoothie ideas and have found Tess Masters recipes to be flavorful. I like that the app lets me search by looking for "the perfect blend" and it will make recommendations, or searching by ingredient so I can use an ingredient before its past its prime- I searched beet greens and it yielded three recipes, including one for a Black Forest smoothie (which sounds right up my alley). The glossary function is pretty nifty too and explains terms like light greens and medium greens. I cooked through The Blender Girl cookbook after my moms cancer surgery because I wanted to only make nourishing, life-giving foods. I wish I had had this app at my fingertips then, but am eager to begin blending my way through it, especially with the holidays coming up.
Every time I try to add ingredients to my shopping list the app crashes. This will be a 5 * app when it is fixed.
Tess is awesome. Her combinations always taste superb and deliver a tremendous amount of nutrients. The recipes are easy to follow for any one, even a kitchen novice. I recommend her site/book/app to all my clients that I counsel (I am a Registered Dietitian). I cant wait to try every smoothie she has on this app. Couldnt recommend this more. 5 stars, way to go Tess! X
I love that I can just come to this app and pick a smoothie for what Im in the mood for!!! Ive been following her for about a year and got her book a few months ago. But this app is definitely worth the $! I love it and have been recommending it to all my friends and family! Thank you Tess!!!
What a waste of money and app. You can find better smoothie recipes online and for free. This is basically a portal to buy a book or buy a blender. Save your money and time.
